Our website (hereinafter the Site) is accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, subject to interruptions necessary for technical maintenance, servicing and update operations. The domain name is exclusive property of Europolis.

By accessing the Site, you agree to abide by its terms of use as described below. You also acknowledge that you have the skills and means necessary to access and use the site, and acknowledge that you have checked that the computer configuration used contains no viruses and is in perfect working order.

Each user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for using the information and tools provided on the Site.

The general structure of the Site and all content published on it (images, articles, photographs, logos, brands, videos, interviews, audio, text, etc.), are the exclusive property of Europolis, and are protected by the intellectual property legislation in force in Switzerland, and in particular copyright, neighbouring rights, trademark law and image rights, and by the international legislation in force.

Unless expressly authorised by Europolis, it is therefore strictly forbidden to reproduce, modify, alter, or adapt the content of the Site, either in whole or in part.
